Vinaigrette Dressing*

This is a very tasty salad dressing and just as good for you! It is very easy to make and can be done once to week to keep your salads tasting great.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar (balsamic or apple cider) 1 garlic glove, finely minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Pinch of sea salt

Combine all ingredients into a 12oz jar with lid. Cover and tightly shake to combine ingredients. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week; shake well before using.
